Since we opened our doors we have been mainly exporting to Asia and Europe but now we are opening our doors to the conventional trade and welcome retailers to come by, check our our facility, and give us a try. Unlike the big outfits, we do not have 100's of customers picking our inventory so the fill rate is high and you get a lot of the good stuff.

At Cortez Marine we sell a lot fewer fish and slower. We feed em and take care of them with no fear that they will die on us if we don't "unload" them quickly. In general, the longer they stay here, the better they get.

To buy fish from a certain exporter we travel to the source and have made sure that they deal only in net collected livestock. The normal industry trick is to mix in a certain percentage of net caught fishes on top of hundreds of boxes of cyanide caught Philippine or Indonesian fishes. You will not find anything but net caught marine life here at Cortez Marine!
